When we kiss, we touch the other with our lips. Kissing is sensorial communication, maybe learned, maybe instinctual behavior. It is an action that reaches beyond sexual and towards the political and physiological.

In the duet performers mainly kiss, lick, bite, suck, hold each other, and gaze.

In the partly improvised work-in-progress duet Sorvari is working with dancer-photographer Jussi Ulkuniemi.

The performance is non-participatory.‍

Kauri Sorvari (he/him) works in many fields of art mainly as a performer and lives in between Helsinki and Berlin. He is part of the transqueer sex-positive movement and joined the Bodies of Pleasure platform in the autumn 2021.
